Guardian ad litem also in attendance. The Court addressed the as-submitted confidential compromise settlement and proposed order approving same. Guardian ad litem addressed her assessment of the litigation and its settlement as being in the best interest of the minor. The Court addressed questions to Maria Isabel Ogaldez, grandmother of the minor and his legal representative. The settlement agreement was FOUND to be fair, reasonable, and in the best interests of the minor for the reasons stated on the record.
