Default was entered on June 25, 2021, as to Defendants USCares LLC a/k/a U.S. Cares, LLC and America Cares, and West Hollywood 11 LLC. (Doc. No. 38.) The parties' Stipulation is unclear as to whether these defendants are parties to the Stipulation. Plaintiffs are ordered to submit a status report on whether the dismissal includes the defaulted Defendants by May 17, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. Alternatively, if Plaintiffs intend to proceed with the entered defaults, they must file a motion for default judgment within 30 days of this Order.
