Chang: On review of the stipulated dismissal, R. 95, the stipulation asks the Court to retain jurisdiction to enforce the settlement but also seek to dismiss the case with prejudice. The parties shall review the Settlement Dismissal Orders standing order on Judge Chang's website and propose a supplemental dismissal order by 03/13/2024 explaining their new proposal. To track the case only (no appearance is required, the case will not be called), the tracking status hearing set for 03/22/2024 remains.
