SUPPLEMENTAL FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW - The Court makes the following Supplemental Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 52(a)(1): 1. At all times material to this lawsuit, Plaintiff Axip Energy Services, LP ("Axip"), owned the seven (7) compressors (the "Compressors"), related tools, and spare parts identified in paragraph 5 of the 65 Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law entered on September 16, 2024. 2. Pursuant to payment from Defendant W &T Offshore, Inc. ("W &T") to Axip as ordered by the 66 Final Judgment entered on September 16, 2024, Defendant W &T now owns and has full title to the Compressors, related tools, and spare parts identified in, paragraph 5 of the 65 Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law entered on September 16, 2024.
