(Text-only) ORDER granting 17 Motion to Stay.
Plaintiff has advised the Court that Defendant Robert Miller filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy and that Plaintiff's claims against Miller are subject to an automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 362. 17 Accordingly, this case is STAYED only as to Plaintiff's claims against Miller. The parties are directed to file a status update regarding the bankruptcy proceeding on March 17, 2027, or within 10 days after the bankruptcy proceedings no longer mandate an automatic stay, whichever comes sooner. The pretrial conference scheduled for October 26, 2026 remains on calendar as to Plaintiff and the other Defendants in this matter. SO ORDERED.
