ORDER: The Court is in receipt of plaintiff's motion for leave, ECF 29 , and related filings, ECF 31 , 32 . Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 72(a), "[a] party may serve and file objections to [a magistrate judge's] order within 14 days after being served a copy." The Court has taken under advisement multiple documents filed by plaintiff in opposition to the pending findings and recommendations in this case, see ECF 28 , and the fourteen-day deadline to file objections has passed. Additionally, the filings do not comply with the Court's order issued on June 18, 2026, ECF 28 . For these reasons, plaintiff's motion for leave, ECF 29 , is DENIED, and the related filings, ECF 31 and 32 , are STRICKEN from the record.
