Order Dismissing Case
ORDER OF DISMISSAL: This matter is before the Court on the Joint Stipulation of Dismissal (Doc. 30 ) filed by the United States of America and Relators Michael Green and Perry Ricciardi pursuant to Rule 4l(a)(l) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and 31 U.S.C. § 3730(b)(l). It is hereby ORDERED that: 1. This civil action is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as to Relators, DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as to the United States as to the Covered Conduct defined in the Settlement Agreement entered by the parties thereto, and DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as to the United States as to all other claims; 2. This Court retains jurisdiction to administer, interpret and enforce the Settlement Agreement, including any disputes, claims and/ or causes of action relating to the Settlement Agreement and the payments required thereunder; 3. Except as expressly provided to the contrary in the Settlement Agreement, each party shall bear its own legal and other costs incurred in connection with this matter; and 4.
