   ORAL ORDER. I have reviewed what remains of Defendant's Motion for Issuance of a Letter of Request to the Central Authority of Finland to Obtain [documentary] Evidence from Orion Corporation (D.I. 110, as modified by D.I. 150) (the "Motion"). Having reviewed the papers, I am inclined to deny the Motion. I am also advised that the parties recently sought to adjust some of the deadlines in the Scheduling Order (D.I. 174), but they did not seek additional time to obtain fact discovery. Rather, reply expert reports are being exchanged in a matter of weeks, and trial is scheduled for March 8, 2027. In light of the case schedule and the fact that I have not yet ruled on the Motion, the parties are hereby ordered to meet and confer and file a joint letter on or before August 3, 2026, advising the Court as to whether the parties still wish for the Court to rule on the Motion..
