Electronic Clerk's Notes for proceedings held before District Judge Angel Kelley: Status Conference held on 7/7/2026. This hearing was held remotely by video-conference. Counsel inform the Court of the status of the case regarding the settlement reached at mediation. After hearing from counsel, the Court will refer this matter back to Magistrate Judge Bowler to hold a further mediation. One week following the mediation, the parties shall file a joint status report indicating whether the case is resolved or identifying any issues that need resolution.
