MINUTE entry before the Honorable Daniel P. McLaughlin: This case has been referred to Judge McLaughlin for discovery scheduling and supervision and to conduct a settlement conference. The Court adopts the parties' proposed discovery schedule 18 as follows: the parties shall exchange Rule 26(a)(1) initial disclosures by 10/1/26; the parties shall issue initial written discovery requests by 10/15/26; and the deadline for the completion of fact discovery is 5/12/27.
