No. 39), Defendant notes that "[t]he parties filed a Joint Stipulation of Dismissal of all claims against Defendant Beemok Capital, LLC on May 7 , 2026, which is pending before the Court (ECF No. 25.)" (Id. at 1.) For purposes of clarity, the undersigned notes that the Court terminated Beemok Capital LLC as a defendant in this civil action on May 8, 2026 per the Joint Stipulation of Dismissal. (Dkt. No. 26.) As such, the Joint Stipulation of Dismissal is no longer pending, and Beemok Capital LLC is no longer a party to this lawsuit.
