On the same day, the Clerk issued a Notice to Filer of Deficiencies in Electronically Filed Documents because Plaintiffs did not vacate the hearing on their pending Motion for Default Judgment 35 . In light of Plaintiffs Notice of Dismissal, the Court VACATES all remaining dates and hearings, and DISMISSES this action WITHOUT PREJUDICE. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i). (Made JS-6.
