REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION. Based upon the foregoing, the undersigned recommends that the district judge grant Defendant's motion to compel arbitration (ECF No. 7 ). Although Plaintiff has not requested a stay, the undersigned further recommends the district judge stay this matter pending arbitration. The undersigned further recommends the parties be required to jointly file a status report every sixty days until arbitration is completed. Objections to R&R due by 8/11/2026.
