TEXT ORDER: As discussed during the 8/19/26 telephone status conference, the parties shall continue to meet and confer regarding their privilege dispute, see (Dkt. 24 ), and if disputes remain, they shall file via CM/ECF, no later than 9/11/26, a supplemental joint letter setting forth their respective positions. Defendant shall serve its rebuttal expert report no later than 10/2/26. The Court will hold an in-person settlement conference on 11/9/26 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 7E, Clarkson S. Fisher Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, Trenton, New Jersey. Clients with full settlement authority shall attend. Please refer to paragraphs 9 and 11 of the Court's case management order regarding the settlement conference.
