ORDER GRANTING 8 PLAINTIFF LEAVE TO FILE A SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT AND STAYING CASE FOR 90 DAYS. All proceedings in this case are STAYED for NINETY (90) days following entry of this Order to allow Plaintiff to file a tort claim form on Defendant in accordance with RCW 4.96.020. Plaintiff shall file the Second Amended Complaint no later than FOURTEEN (14) days following lifting of the stay.
