ENDORSED ORDER DISMISSING Plaintiff's Second and Third Amended Complaints 20 23 and DENYING Plaintiff's Motion to Compel 22. The Complaints consist, yet again, of only vague, rambling, and incomprehensible verbiage not connected to any cause of action. More importantly, this case is CLOSED. In the Court's December 16, 2025 Order, (Dkt. 19), the Court directed Plaintiff not to file any more documents in this case. Harshman is hereby cautioned that filing additional documents in this closed case may result in the Court issuing a monetary sanctions Order against him. Signed by Judge Mary S. Scriven on 1/9/2026.
