The parties state they do not anticipate the need for any Rule 26(a)(2) witnesses. While the parties also provided a proposed dispositive motion schedule in the Joint Status Report, as was previously ordered 48 , setting a dispositive motion schedule and any potential trial dates is outside the scope of the referral to Judge Bass Ehler 41 so the Court will not set those dates at this time.
