IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall enter a Default Judgment against Apex Multifamily Builders LLC, Greg Welch and Marvin Chavez, jointly and severally, in the total amount of $107,973.74, which includes the principal sum of $85,827.78, prejudgment interest in the amount of $15,272.96 accrued to the date of entry of Default Judgment, and $6,873.00 in costs and attorney's fees. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that upon entry of the default judgment, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1961, Plaintiff shall be awarded post-judgment interest at the rate of 3.5% on the judgment until paid.
