   TEXT ORDER granting 21 Motion to Seal. Defendants seek to seal portions of exhibits submitted in support of the motion to dismiss that contain sensitive financial and commercial information. Plaintiff does not oppose the motion. (Dkt. 26). The Court has reviewed the motion and the unredacted exhibits and finds that Defendants' request for sealing is narrowly tailored and supported by specific reasons identified in the motion. See Lugosch v. Pyramid Co. of Onondaga, 435 F.3d 110, 124 (2d Cir. 2006). The Court further finds that sealing is necessary to preserve inherent privacy interests, and that these interests outweigh the public interest in disclosure. Id. at 119-20. Defendants are directed to file the redacted version of the exhibits on the docket using the Continuation of Exhibits event. The Court will then arrange to file the unredacted exhibits under seal. Consistent with their joint report (Dkt. 32), the parties shall advise the Court of the date of their mediation session once it is confirmed and shall then file a joint update regarding the outcome of mediation within 14 days following the mediation session.
