TEXT-ONLY ORDER RE: JOINT STATUS REPORT by Judge John A. Kronstadt: The Order Re Joint Stipulation to Stay Action and Submit Matter to Binding Arbitration (Dkt. 13 ) required the parties to file a joint report as to the status of the arbitration on the earlier of every 60 days, or within 10 days of the scheduling of the arbitration, the completion of the arbitration, or the issuance of a decision in the arbitration. The first 60-day report was due on or before June 15, 2026, and the parties submitted the required report on June 15, 2026. It stated that the arbitration had been initiated with the American Arbitration Association (Dkt. 15 ). The next 60-day report should have been filed on or before August 14, 2026, but none was filed. Accordingly, the parties shall file that report on or before September 4, 2026. The parties are reminded to continue to file timely reports in accordance with the prior order. Dismissing Case
(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER DISMISSING ACTION ON NOTICE OFSETTLEMENT by Judge Serena R. Murillo. The court, having been advised by a Notice of Settlement 17 that this action settled, hereby orders this action dismissed without prejudice. The court hereby orders all proceedings in the case vacated and taken off calendar. The court retains jurisdiction for 60 days to vacate this order and to reopen the action upon a showing of good cause that the settlement has not been completed. This order shall not prejudice any party in this action. Any pending Order to Show Cause is hereby discharged. Case Terminated. Made JS-6. (es)
