Damages are presumed to be less than $150,000 unless counsel certify that damages exceed the statutory limit on the civil cover sheet, or in a separate document filed within 30 days of docketing when the case is removed or transferred from another court.The arbitration hearing will be scheduled after the answer has been filed.
