Stipulation and Order of Dismissal
STIPULATION AND ORDER OF SETTLEMENT AND DISMISSAL: IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the Parties, through their respective counsel, as follows: 1. This action is dismissed with prejudice, with the Parties to bear their own costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees. 2. In lieu of Plaintiffs' temporary six-month disqualification from SNAP, Plaintiffs agree to pay FNS a civil money penalty ("CMP") totaling $14,814.00. Plaintiffs shall pay the CMP in six (6) equal installments of $2,469.00, with the first installment payment due within 30 days of the date on which this Stipulation is fully executed, and each subsequent installment payment due within 30 days of the due date of the immediately-prior installment payment, such that Plaintiffs shall have paid the CMP in full within 180 days of the date on which this Stipulation is fully executed.
