AMENDED SCHEDULING ORDER AND CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER by Magistrate Judge Steve Kim. Based on Plaintiff's Case Management Proposal (ECF 146 ), Defendants' Proposal for a Case Management Plan (ECF[ 147]), the April 8, 2026 hearing (ECF 143 ), and the full record in this case, the Court issues the following Scheduling and Case Management Order. This Order may be modified for only good cause upon stipulation of the parties or motion to the Court.
