ENDORSED ORDER striking 40 Response in Opposition to Defendant Priceline.com LLC's Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiff has not signed the aforementioned 40 Response nor has Plaintiff signed the Certificate of Service therein. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 11(a) ("Every pleading, written motion, and other paper must be signed... by a party personally if a party is unrepresented."); Stagl v. Gromicko, No. 3:07-cv-967-J-32TEM, 2007 WL 4097759, at *1 (M.D. Fla. Nov. 16, 2007) (explaining that, under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(a), "[a]ll pleadings, motion[s], or other papers filed with the Court by a pro se litigant must bear an original signature, or they will be rejected by the Court," and describing this requirement as being distinct from the requirement that pro se litigants include a "signed Certificate of Service"). Accordingly, the Court does not deem it appropriate to discharge the 35 Order to Show Cause at this time. On or before September 18, 2026, Plaintiff shall file a response to Priceline.com LLC's 20 Motion to Dismiss that complies with all applicable rules and law. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of Plaintiff's claims against Priceline.com LLC without further notice. Signed by Magistrate Judge Chauncey A. Bratt on 9/11/2026. (REG)
