ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE DISMISSAL PLEADINGS - This matter comes before the Court on Defendant Brickyard Healthcare's Motion for Extension of Time to File Dismissal Pleadings (the "Motion"). The Court, having reviewed the Motion and being duly advised in the premises, hereby GRANTS the Motion. [Dkt. 30 .] IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the deadline for the parties to file a motion that will dismiss this cause as set forth in the Court's Entry and Order from Settlement Conference (Dkt. 29) is hereby EXTENDED by 14 days to June 3, 2026. Additional time to finalize the settlement and file the dismissal pleadings may be granted for good cause shown, if requested in writing before expiration of the deadline established by this Order.
