Scheduling Report - Rule 26(f)/16.1
Joint SCHEDULING REPORT - Rule 16.1 by Jason Parker (Goldberg, Fred)
Order on Motion for Extension of Time to File Response/Reply/Answer
PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendants' Joint Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint ("Defendants' Motion") 173 and the Parties' Joint Motion for Two (2) Day Extension of Time to Submit Revised Joint Scheduling Report (the "JSR Motion") 174 . In Defendants' Motion, Defendants seek a fourteen-day extension of time to respond to Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint (the "SAC") (ECF No. 171). See (ECF No. 173) at 2. In support thereof, Defendants contend that additional time is needed to review the SAC and determine whether a joint motion to dismiss is appropriate. Id. Plaintiff does not oppose the requested relief. Id. at 3. In the JSR Motion, the Parties seek a two-day extension of time to submit a revised joint scheduling report ("JSR"). See (ECF No. 174) at 1. In support thereof, the Parties contend that despite diligently preparing the revised JSR, "scheduling conflicts, attorney travel[,] and the number of parties involved" have prevented them from completing it by the Court's deadline. See id. at 1-2. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motions, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motions (ECF Nos. 173, 174) are GRANTED. Defendants shall respond to the SAC on or before July 21, 2026. The Parties shall file their revised JSR on or before July 3, 2026. Signed by Judge K. Michael Moore on 7/2/2026. (ss02)
