Status Report Order
TEXT ORDER: In light of Status Report 392 advising that Honeywell and CITGO have reached agreement on the terms of a settlement and are in the process of finalizing a settlement agreement, Honeywell and Citgo are now in the Settling Parties group and shall comply with the Settling Parties next status report as set forth in Text Order 390 , in that, (1) no later than 5/13/2024, the Settling Parties shall file, (a) a stipulation of dismissal, or (b) a joint detailed status report advising as to timeframe for filing of stipulation of dismissal, and (c) a detailed joint status report advising the Court as to their view of the remainder of litigation as it involves Settling Parties and Non-Settling Parties; and (2) the directives and schedules as set forth in Text Order 378 remain in effect.
