ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT 16 by Judge Sherilyn Peace Garnett. The Court DENIES the Motion and DISMISSES the Complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Within 21 days from the date of this order, Plaintiffs must file a First Amended Complaint that contains sufficient factual allegations for the Court to exercise diversity jurisdiction. In the event Plaintiffs fail to timely file an FAC, the case shall be closed. In the event Plaintiffs timely file an FAC, Plaintiffs must effect service of process pursuant to Rule 4 within 45 days thereafter. Failure to do so will result in dismissal. (iv)
