ORAL ORDER: Having considered Plaintiffs' Motion for Reconsideration (D.I. 158) of the Courts Memorandum Order dated July 8, 2026 (D.I. 157), Defendants' Answering Brief in Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Reconsideration and Cross-Motion for Reconsideration ("Defendants' Cross-Motion for Reconsideration") (D.I. 160), and the parties' letters (D.I. 163; D.I. 164), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs will not be required to post bond until further Order of the Court. The Court has also thoroughly considered the parties' requests for upward or downward modification of the bond amount. Following the issuance of the Federal Circuits mandate, the Court will issue an appropriate Order. Plaintiff should make arrangements and be prepared to post the required bond amount within seven (7) days following the issuance of the Courts Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants' request for a lift of the stay in this action is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Defendants may renew this request following the issuance of the Federal Circuits mandate. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Motion for Reconsideration (D.I. 158) and Defendants' Cross-Motion for Reconsideration (D.I. 160) are DENIED-AS-MOOT. ORDERED by Judge Gregory B.
