District Judge Margaret R. Guzman: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. After receiving the parties' proposed findings and reviewing the First Circuit's remand instructions, the Court finds that there are remaining legal issues to be determined prior to hearing more evidence. As a result, the Bench Trial set for 08/17/2026 and 08/18/2026 is hereby CANCELLED and will be continued to a later date to be determined by the Court and parties. The Court sets a hearing for 10:00AM on 8/18/2026 to discuss Boost Web's motions in limine [ECF Nos. 370, 371, & 372] and to engage with the parties concerning the pending legal questions on remand, as well as to set a schedule to hear the remaining evidence. Counsel are instructed to appear in person for the 8/18/2026 hearing; however, the parties may attend via zoom, if needed.Further, Counsel for Mr. Orkin is given until Monday, 8/17/2026 to comply with the Court's Order from 7/09/2026 [ECF No. 337] to file a motion to supplement the record and include as exhibits to that filing only admitted exhibits from the first portion of the bench trial. Counsel should not include exhibits that were not admitted and Counsel cannot send the exhibits via email, they must be filed on the docket as instructed. (SF)
