TEXT ORDER Granting Plaintiff's Oral Motion to Stay: The Court grants Plaintiff's oral motion to stay made during the hearing on Plaintiff's Motion To Quash 19 . The Court hereby stays the Memorandum and Order (ECF No. 38 ) and (EFC No. 39) granting in part and denying in part Plaintiff's motion to quash and denying Butler Hospital's motion to quash for fourteen days or until a Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(a) appeal is filed and determined, provided that the parties are directed to meet and confer to identify work on discovery that may proceed in the interest of avoidance of unnecessary delay.
