The parties are ordered to confer regarding the anticipated scope of the disputed topics in advance of the deposition so that witnesses may be appropriately prepared while minimizing time spent on superfluous topics.
Re: MLIC and Soto:
If necessary, next week the Court will supervise the parties' conferral, pursuant to Local Rule 37.1, to narrow or resolve outstanding discovery issues regarding MLIC and Soto responses to Interrogatories and RFPs. By COB Monday, July 13, 2026, Parties shall submit a joint email notice listing open issues that remain for conferral under Court supervision. On Monday, July 13, 2026, the Court will set a time/date for conferral.
