M/V MSC Flaminia et al, Civil Action No. 12-cv-06904; and RLI Corporation et al, Civil Action No. 13-cv-01610, through their respective undersigned counsel, that said cases are dismissed voluntarily with prejudice, and with each party bearing its own costs and attorneys' fees, pursuant to Fed.
