CONSENT DECREE: In full settlement of monetary damages alleged by the EEOC, Defendants will pay a total gross amount of $545,000.00 to Donna Wittenmyer, Candace Ware, Aleesia Hughes, Monique Mendoza, Jeffrey Gucciardo, and Carol Avila. This Decree resolves all claims of the Commission against the Defendants in this lawsuit, including, without limitation, backpay, front pay, compensatory and punitive damages, interest, injunctive relief, and attorney's fees and costs. This Decree is final and binding upon the Parties and their successors and assigns. The terms of this decree shall apply only to the following Carondelet Health Network facilities in Arizona: St. Joseph Hospital in Tucson, St. Mary's Hospital in Tucson, and Holy Cross Hospital in Nogales. Each party shall be responsible for and shall pay its own costs and attorney's fees (see attached PDF for complete details). Signed by Senior Judge Frank R Zapata on 5/15/2019. (MFR)
