Text Order
TEXT ORDER: On February 4, 2025, the Court granted Defendants' motion to dismiss Plaintiff's federal-law claims, but permitted supplemental briefing so that Plaintiff could have an opportunity to be heard regarding leave to amend, and so that both parties could discuss the issue of supplemental jurisdiction. See Carrier v. Fairport Baptist Homes Caring Ministries, No. 23-CV-6007, 2024 WL 5119776, at *7 (W.D.N.Y.
