Order on Motion for Order
MINUTE ORDER by Magistrate Judge Richard T. Gurley on 8/5/2026. This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's request to recuse that is included within the document captioned "Notice of Judicial Treason, Plotted Mass Casualties Against the LDS Faith, and Targeted Assassination Attempts and Demand for Immediate Recusal" (ECF No. 35 ). The request to recuse, which is Plaintiff's third request asking me to recuse in this action (see ECF Nos. 6 , 30 ), is DENIED because, as discussed in the Court's prior orders denying recusal (see ECF Nos. 7 , 32 ), Plaintiff fails to make any reasoned argument or present any particular facts to demonstrate I am partial or biased. Plaintiff's Emergency Motion to Preserve (ECF No. 14 ) is DENIED. For all non-e-filer pro se parties, a copy of this document has been sent via U.S. Mail to the mailing address of record.(ccuen, )
