   ORDER re 97 MOTION to Compel filed by Doug Race, Mika Race, 98 MOTION to Compel filed by Doug Race, Mika Race, 95 First MOTION for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery filed by Doug Race, Mika Race. The Court finds oral argument on these matters appropriate. The parties, however, have filed approximately 750 pages of documents with the above - mentioned filings. In order to present these matters in a more succinct manner, the Court ORDERS the parties to file position statements: Plaintiffs and the City of Pigeon Forge shall jointly file one statement, and Plaintiffs and Richard Perry, Debbie Perry, and Appalachian Springs, LLC shall jointly file one statement. The position statements shall include: (1) the specific discovery request in dispute in bold at the top, (2) Plaintiffs position on why the response is deficient immediately below the discovery request, and (3) Defendants' position on why the response is not deficient immediately below Plaintiffs' position. The parties are afforded one page per discovery request, and the parties shall attach to their position statements a copy of Defendants' responses to the disputed discovery requests. Finally, the parties shall file the position statements on or before September 10, 2026. The Court will contact the parties to set the hearing for the week of September 14, 2026.
