PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendant's Unopposed Motion for Leave to Reschedule Mediation. 25 . Therein, Defendant requests that it be allowed to reschedule mediation, currently set for July 28, 2026, to instead be held on September 16, 2026. Id. at 1. This rescheduled mediation would still come before the Parties' deadline to mediate, which is November 6, 2026. Id. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Unopposed Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise advised of the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's Motion 25 is GRANTED.
