MINUTES (Text Only) for STATUS PRETRIAL SCHEDULING CONFERENCE held via video conference before Magistrate Judge Sean C. Riordan on 6/18/2026. Plaintiff's counsel, Andrew Weaver, present. Defendants' counsel, Stephanie Kierig, present. As discussed, Defendant shall file any motion to compel arbitration by no later than August 3, 2026. Plaintiff indicates she may request discovery necessary to respond to the motion to compel arbitration and anticipates needing additional time to respond to the motion beyond that provided by Local Rule 230. Within 14 days of the filing of the motion to compel arbitration, if the parties are unable to agree on the scope of discovery, Plaintiff shall file a motion concerning the requested discovery. That discovery motion will be briefed on an expedited schedule as provided in Local Rule 233, except that the parties may file briefs of up to 10 pages. The Court will decide the discovery issues on the briefing, or set the motion for a prompt hearing. Plaintiff may also seek an extension of time to respond to the motion to compel pursuant to Local Rule 233. Court Reporter: ECRO (JM). (Deputy Clerk RAA)
