SCHEDULING ORDER: Upon consideration of 16 the proposed schedule, and the entire record herein, it is hereby ORDERED that the following schedule shall govern further proceedings: Defendants will simultaneously serve a copy of the administrative record on designated counsel for Plaintiff on or before August 27, 2026; The parties shall meet and confer on the administrative record by not later than September 17, 2026; The parties shall resolve any disputes related to the administrative record by not later than October 12, 2026; Defendants shall update the administrative record by not later than October 26, 2026; The parties shall file any motions regarding the administrative record by not later than November 2, 2026; Plaintiff shall move for summary judgment by not later than December 11, 2026; Defendants shall file any opposition and cross-motion by not later than February 9, 2026; Plaintiff shall file any reply and opposition to the cross-motion by not later than March 11, 2027;Defendants shall file any reply in support of their cross-motion by not later than April 12, 2027.
