TEXT ORDER-- The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's counsel's letter dated September 16, 2026 requesting, with the consent of Defendant, an adjournment of the September 18, 2026 status conference while she recuperates from surgery and to allow for additional time deposition scheduling. (ECF No. 21 ). The letter does not specifically request an adjournment of the current fact discovery deadline of September 30, 2026, other than to mention that one deponent cannot be deposed until November. (Id.). The request is GRANTED. The deadline to complete fact discovery is extended until November 13, 2026. It will not be further extended absent exigent circumstances. The September 18, 2026 status conference is hereby RESCHEDULED to November 17, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. via video conference. Microsoft teams login credentials will be provided.
