Plaintiff's motion to lift confidentiality designation or, alternatively, leave to file documents under seal 49 is GRANTED, in part, and DENIED, in part. Plaintiff's motion to lift the confidentiality designation as to Exhibits 6 and 7 to their motion to compel is granted. Based upon this ruling, Plaintiff's requested alternative relief to file Exhibits 6 and 7 under seal is denied as moot, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to unseal these documents. Plaintiff's motion for extension of time to complete discovery 52 is DENIED as moot. Defendants' emergency motion to strike 53 is DENIED.
