Gilden dated 6/5/2015 re: Given the small size of what remains, we do not believe it would be practical to attempt a fourth distribution to the class. Instead, plaintiffs propose that the Court issue an appropriate cy pres order directing the payment of the remaining balance to a non-partisan and non-sectarian section 501(c)(3) charity of the Court's choosing.
