Text Order ~Util - Set Hearings
TEXT ORDER-- The Court is in receipt of the parties' joint request to adjourn the status conference currently scheduled for August 3, 2026 because they are circulating a settlement agreement. (ECF No. 81 ). While the Court appreciates the complexity of the settlement the parties are trying to negotiate, these negotiations have been ongoing, and the case has been stayed for 8 months, since December 2025. Enough is enough. The status conference is adjourned for one week and is rescheduled for August 7, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. via video conference. No further extensions will be granted absent exigent circumstances. Microsoft Teams login credentials will be provided. A joint status update, no longer than 3 pages in length, shall be submitted at least 5 business days prior to the conference. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Stacey D. Adams on 7/31/2026. (JB)
