Gottschall: On February 20, 2020, the court entered an order 9 granting pro se plaintiff Dana Walls's motion to proceed in forma pauperis and dismissing her complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The court determined that plaintiff's claims fell within the probate exception to federal jurisdiction. The order gave plaintiff until April 7, 2020, to file an amended complaint. That deadline was extended by the court's amended general orders related to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
