The Court hereby ORDERS as follows: 1. Defendant Children's Hospital Los Angeles shall provide relevant participant account statements for Plaintiffs anticipated additional plaintiff and 404(a)(5) fee disclosures for its 403(b) Plan to Plaintiffs on or before August 31, 2026, 2. Plaintiffs shall file an amended consolidated complaint on or before September 14, 2026, 3. Defendants shall move to dismiss any part of the amended consolidated complaint on or before October 22, 2026, 4. Plaintiffs shall file a response to Defendants' motions to dismiss on or before November 19, 2026. 5. Defendants shall file their replies in support of their motion to dismiss on or before December 10, 2026. (lom)
