   ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE filed by China Hydroelectric Corp. Defendants shall show cause as to why this Court should not order, as preliminary injunctive relief, that the defendants, their officers, agents, servants, employees, affiliates, attorneys, and persons in active concert or participation with them, and granting any other relief the Court deems just and proper and as set forth in this Order. Security in the amount of $3,000 will be posted by October 1, 2012. IT IF FURTHER ORDERED that briefing and limited expedited discovery shall proceed in accordance with the schedule as set forth in this Order.
