FINAL JUDGMENT - The Court having granted Defendants Marion County Sheriff's Office and Marion County Sheriff Kerry J. Forestal's motion for judgment on the pleadings and having this day entered its Order relinquishing supplemental jurisdiction, dismissing Plaintiff's state-law claims, and directing the entry of final judgment, the Court now hereby enters FINAL JUDGMENT. Judgment is entered in favor of Defendants Marion County Sheriff's Office and Marion County Sheriff Kerry J. Forestal and against Plaintiff John Durm, Jr., personal representative of the estate of John Durm, Sr., with regard to Plaintiff's federal claims only. Plaintiff's state-law claims against Defendants The Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County d/b/a Eskenazi Health and Cintas Corp. No. 2 are DISMISSED without prejudice.
