Order on Motion to Withdraw as Attorney
ORDER granting 17 Motion to Withdraw as Attorney. Peter M. Hoogerwoerd, Esq., Daniel J. Bujan, Esq., and the Law Firm of Remer & Georges-Pierre, PLCC are relieved as counsel for Plaintiff Crystal Jackson in this matter. Plaintiff, whose last known address of record is 12562 International Drive, Orlando, FL, 32821, may either proceed pro se or obtain new counsel who shall file a notice of appearance within thirty (30) days of this Order. If Plaintiff does not retain counsel, she must file a notice within 30 days of this Order informing the Court that she wishes to proceed pro se. Failure to do so may result in this matter being dismissed for failure to prosecute the case. Peter M. Hoogerwoerd and Daniel J. Bujan are directed to provide a copy of this Order to Plaintiff within five days. All current deadlines are stayed for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of this Order.
