Scheduling Order
SCHEDULING ORDER: Appellant's letter application 6 with the consent of the Appellee is GRANTED. The Court adopts the parties agreed upon modified briefing schedule. By August 20, 2026 Appellant shall serve and file their appeal brief. By November 20, 2026 Appellee shall serve and file their appeal brief and by January 20, 2027 the Appellant shall serve and file their reply brief. Counsel may modify their agreed upon briefing schedule without court approval. Counsel shall file a letter notifying the Court of their modified agreed upon briefing schedule. Counsel shall follow J. Block's motion rules, specifically section 2(D) when filing their motions. The Court does not require a courtesy copy of the briefs. Ordered by Judge Frederic Block on 2/13/2026. (MI)
